Streetwifi turns your customers’ routers and your public hotspots into a revenue-generating community WiFi network, on your own infrastructure and without affecting the service your customers pay for.
A mixed model with a fixed component plus revenue share: you receive a direct percentage of every data package sold in the coverage area of your residential and public nodes.
The public network only uses the spare capacity of the access point and the link. Contracted bandwidth is untouched and both networks are isolated with VLANs and secure tunnels.
Native co-branding in the captive portal (logo, colors, videos, surveys and campaigns) or full white label for large-scale operators.
A financial integration API automates monthly reconciliation and lets you charge directly on the ISP’s invoice.
A real-time analytics dashboard: total traffic, concurrent unique users, peak hours and node health.
Offer your residential customers extended data packages or access codes to browse on the street.
Together we review the compatibility of your network and routers.
We agree on the commercial model: a fixed component plus revenue share.
Your routers are registered on the platform and provisioned remotely (TR-069).
The Streetwifi network starts radiating and you see usage in your dashboard.
For large-scale operators we offer full white label: you position and sell the data network exclusively under your own brand.
Through a mixed commercial model: a fixed component plus a fair revenue-share scheme. The ISP receives a direct percentage of every package sold within the coverage area of its residential and public nodes.
No. The service runs on the spare capacity of the access point and the physical link. If a customer has 50 MB contracted, since the fiber or cable link has a greater total capacity, Streetwifi runs on that spare capacity without touching the 50 MB contracted.
Yes. They can request it through the ISP’s self-service portal without affecting their home service. By doing so they lose the right to use Streetwifi on the street.
The public signal temporarily stops working on those nodes until the provider’s backbone link is restored.
Streetwifi provides the network management technology; the physical WiFi service is provided by the licensed ISP, which is legally responsible for complying with its country’s regulations.
Maintenance and provisioning run centrally through TR-069 or Streetwifi cloud platforms.
